Alex Kurdecha stand 2014 erstmals an einem Armwrestlingtisch.
Ernsthaft mit dem Armwrestlingtraining hat er erst 2017 begonnen
und wurde in kürzester Zeit polnischer Nationalchampion.
Bereits 2019 lud man ihn zum renomierten TOP 8 Turnier ein.
Um in dieser kurzen Zeit mit den besten Armwrestlern der Welt
mithalten zu können, musste er sein Training perfektionieren.
Wie er das schaffte, wie er trainiert und
was ihr sonst noch von ihm wissen wollt, könnt ihr in diesem Seminar lernen.
Das Seminar wird auf Englisch stattfinden.

Alex Kurdecha first stood at an armwrestling table in 2014.
By 2017, he had committed to serious training – and just a short time later,
he became the Polish national champion.
In 2019, he was invited to compete in the prestigious TOP 8 Tournament – a remarkable achievement given his relatively short time in the sport.
To reach the highest level so quickly, Alex had to perfect his technique and training approach with incredible speed and precision.
